Tomorrow, Saturday, January 30 the Carriage Barn Art Center’s annual juried photography show will open to the public from Noon-4pm.
The community is invited to view and celebrate pieces by eighty professional, amateur and student photographers whose work was selected for inclusion in this year’s show. Indoor capacity will be limited to 25 people at a time and masks must be worn.
The show was juried by Kathy McCarver Root, a gallerist and dealer specializing in fine art photography, and owner of KMR Arts in Washington Depot, Connecticut. “With almost 600 entries, I was impressed by the wide variety of subject matter and approaches photographers employed” say Root. “The images selected display exceptional creativity and skill and highlight the diversity of photographic practice among the submissions.”
