(HCP Photo/Caitlin Forsha) As city administrators expressed gratitude at the conclusion of their first year in office, Hillsboro safety and service director Brianne Abbott used her report at Hillsboro city council’s Monday, Dec. 14 meeting to give a recap of the city’s accomplishments in 2020. Although she usually includes news of ongoing projects, infrastructure improvements and various committee meetings in her report, Abbott told council Monday that she wanted to “reflect on the year” instead.
