CHEBOYGAN — Phill Jankoviak came out of the Walmart located about a mile south of downtown Cheboygan, and noticed people around the parking lot looking north.
At the last school board meeting, the school board members voted unanimously to reappoint the school district s representative on the Cheboygan Area Public Library s Board of Directors. The school district was one of the founding members of the library.
