CHELMSFORD, MA An a cappella group from Chelmsford High School was among the top eight high school groups in the nation at International Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA) national championship this weekend.
The Thursdays didn t place this year during the championship, but they did best some 130 schools nationwide to come in among the top eight high school music groups.
The national championship appearance marks the fourth for The Thursdays, as they qualified in 2017, 2018 and 2019 – the latter in which they placed a best-ever third in the U.S.

Donald Trump Jr. s long-planned hunting trip to Alaska is reportedly due to start any day now months after an unnamed individual paid $150,000 to join the president s son on a week-long yacht excursion targeting deer and ducks.
KTOO, a local news network based out of the Alaskan capital, Juneau, said rumors were swirling that Trump Jr. was in town.
The description of the prize said that Trump Jr. needs no introduction as someone whose passion for the outdoors makes him the number one ambassador for our way of life.
