EPIC Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), has concluded its initial public offering (IPO) on the Euronext Amsterdam exchange, raising EUR 150 million.

Sullivan & Cromwell, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Dutch firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek are guiding Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC's deal to buy Dutch asset management firm NN Investment Partners for roughly 1.7 billion euros ($1.98 billion).
