Pat Dowdy Pat Dowdy, 72, of Paragould, Ark., passed from this life on December 19, 2020, at the NEA Hospital, Jonesboro, Ark. She was born in the Rector, Ark., area to Norene (Eaton) Barlow. Her Uncle Hollis Eaton lovingly helped raise Pat. Pat was involved with many activities and enjoyed life to the fullest.
