ROYAL OAK Royal Oak officials are asking residents and visitors to fill out a public online survey to help update and streamline the downtown parking meter system. The survey will be available through Dec. 18.
“The goal of the survey is to pinpoint parking habits and prioritize ways we can improve our operations,” Royal Oak Police Chief Corrigan O’Donohue said. “We want parking in our downtown to be as convenient, efficient and customer friendly as possible. We also want people who use and rely on the parking system to have a voice in any changes we make.”
