bill: so the federal judge has the power to immediately say this state law is not going to be acted upon. yeah. bill: because federal law supersedes state law. a federal judge could supersede that ruling or another law they could challenge it on speak to a piece that allows the police to try to determine whether somebody is in the country illegally or in the state of arizona illegally based on. i think they will go with the former. you have got to. they will say under the fourth amendment for a search or a seizure. arizona law already says you have to have reasonable cause. it already says that. reasonable suspicion in this case could amount to skin color it could. they are already saying that would violate the fourth amendment. bill: that s speculative. i didn t go to law school but i know all of these. that s speculative. mount the double challenge. bill: justice department or homeland security, whatever it may be, brings it to the federal judge, president obama
