So it seems like for since the dawn of time you are not supposed to wear white after labor day which seems fashion has changed so much now there is winter white and even fabrics reserved for summer now people can wear all yearround. The other day faye said the only fabric you cant wear is linen. Thats really the only thing in winter. Or even probably fall now. Interesting though, we got this from holly who regularly fills in on the show she sent article about why you shouldnt wear white after labor day. And basically it was just about high society. It was a rule that women who were of high old money, high class, old money knew and so its with a way to distinguish themselves from other women. Yeah. The old money verses new money.
