including second degree assault on a police officer and child abuse. on this ash wednesday the oldest catholic parish in colorado is picking up the pieces after an overnight fire. it happened at our lady of guadalupe in conejos in the san luis valley. the parish was founded 162 years he ago and the church was videoed in our spanish heritage church last october. the fire appears to have started in the back of the church added onto the building. there was another fire 90 years ago to the day at this church. parishioners told us last fall the church means so much to them. it s just inspiring. it s inspiring and so that s how i look at our lady of guadalupe church here. it s a special church for everyone in the community. special, incredibly beautiful. we don t have any information yet about how the fire started the conejos county sheriff s office is investigating and the colorado bureau of investigation is helping in that investigation. a glorious day across colorado aga
