Rehabbing the Woodgrain site February 02 2021
The site has been reduced to about 230,000 square feet of structure but previous building pads have been retained
The vacated Woodgrain Millwork site is under new ownership and is getting rehabilitated and improved to support future industrial business.
The site has been acquired by Parris Group, an industrial development group that focuses on rehabilitating properties. According to Charles Bauman, Chief Operating Officer, the new ownership believes in grass-roots developments and has named the new venture Prineville Campus, LLC.
The developer specifically bought the property to leverage the previous mill s extensive infrastructure for a large industrial redevelopment campus to benefit the community in bringing back local manufacturing, stimulating economic revitalization and supporting the Prineville local employment market and Crook County rural region.

Staying healthy and teaching your children how to stay healthy is important. Not only does eating right, keeping your stress levels in check, and keeping up with an exercise routine help
you feel your best, it also shows your kids how to maintain a healthy lifestyle that they can stick with for life.
But as any parent knows, when diapers need to be changed, naps need to be had, or schedules are thrown out of sorts, wellness isn t always top of mind. Plus, in a world where gyms are closed, exercise often requires a face mask, and common outings (hikes, travel, even grocery shopping) are trickier, staying healthy can feel harder than ever.
