The chaplain dear god, as we enter a time of expectation and new beginnings, help us to direct our minds towards the things that will last. Let us be attentive to why we act and what we seek and how we want our last days to be spent. Give us the space to rest this season in this cell of selfknowledge. Remove the curtains of ignorance that shield us from the light of faith. Open us to tran sendent wisdom and enlighten the dark corners of our neglected hearts and scatter their your cheerful means. The next challenge into the same trouble that we were just, or we are coming out of. And that is the important. Iraq does not and should not take this task alone. I do not believe that we do have an iraq in the expertise to do this. Iraqis as a government, as a Political Class need to be humble a little bit and look at what other countries have done the postconflict situations, learn from their own history and the history of others come and seek as much expertise rather than invent the wheel or get the task to again similar to the system of politics in iraq and end up not doing the job right and having to redo it time and again. So that is the other issue. And the third is reconciliation. And the last to reconstruction and reconciliation should be hand in hand. They dont have to be one after the other because i said already it is to come first before anything else. What is reconciliation . A couple of days ago Daniel Serwer and myself on the conference and it was a talk about the confl
Because im on the fence as to whether theres doctrinally an issue. There might be an issue. So, i think thats why. I think a ban is necessary for normative reasons. However, however, the examples we give as to the harm that derives from bulk collection, especially 215 bulk collection, is a result of the use of the data. Again, i think thats i distinguish collection and use. Can we saw recently the Obama Administration had considered ending bulk collection before the snowden revelations. Would a ban on bulk collection harm Law Enforcement and be a bad idea . Why arent you answering that one . Yeah, why . Why arent you . Really subtle moderation here. Look im not sure those accounts about how it was considered whether or not to end the bulk metaData Collection under 215. Im not surprised it was being considered. I think those programs should always be subject to a cause benefit analysis. But ill be interested to hear the followon reports as people reaction to that initial report about ho

United States Senate and u. S. Allies. The plan would be to have a period of iranian compliance and then ask congress to enact sanctions relief under the agreements and i will stop there. Thank you. [applause] imad harb i was asked to speak about iran and lebanon and syria where iran has a lot of influence. The negotiations themselves, as far as we know did not discuss anything outside the negotiations of the Nuclear Program. So there are supposedly no specific connection between irans other issues in this Foreign Policy and the region, or the world for that matter. Everybody knows the Nuclear Program is only a part of iranian Foreign Policy, it is also the negotiations of a Nuclear Program, but no matter how much we denied, there is a connection to iranian influence in other places and that specific negotiation had its impact on other things. Basically, two perspectives, that iran actually used its role in lebanon and syria to try to get a better deal on the Nuclear Program. The other
