Sioux City, IA- Authorities have identified a Sioux City man as the seventh Iowan involved in the January 6th, 2021 riot at the US Capitol. The Des Moines Register reports that Kenneth Rader was charged Tuesday, January 11th in D.C. District Court with entering a restricted building, parading or demonstrating in a capitol building, and two counts of disorderly conduct. He was arrested and made an initial court appearance on January 20th. FBI investigators received a tip from Rader's family that he had been sharing videos himself inside the capitol building on the day of the riot. Like multiple others arrested for their part in the January 6th riot, Rader had been a follower of the QAnon conspiracy theory.
