Some saying, weve got our neighborhood back. By all accounts, the woman who was a beloved member of this community is gone. It appears to have ended peacefully after a nearly 30hour standoff. A suspect handcuffed is placed into an ambulance. It began violently. It started with a shooting, 63yearold Loretta Carswell is shot dead in the street, killed by a cousin. He calls her outside.
