For the killing of Brianna Taylor, the only charges brought by the grand jury were 3 counts of wanton endangerment those counts against fired officer Brett Hankison for shooting into taylors neighbors homes during the raid on her apartment again the counts do not address taylors killing on twitter then crop. This after a former Police Officer was indicted only on firstdegree wanton endangerment charges for his actions on the night that Brianna Taylor was killed by police in her apartment.
