Bob Healey won the Republican nomination in New Jersey's 3rd Congressional District on Tuesday, defeating Ian Smith and Nicholas Ferrara. Among his campaign issues, Healey calls mask mandates 'unscientific,' opposes 'forced COVID vaccinations' and claims teachers' unions have infiltrated public school administrations to promote their agendas. In November, Healey will run against incumbent U.S. Rep Andy Kim, who won his Democratic primary. New Jersey's 3rd District represents most of Burlington County and parts of Mercer and Monmouth counties.
