Crews are racing tonight to complete construction of the new presidio parkway. Here is a live look at the construction going onto night. We have seen them bringing in bars and pouring concrete. The concrete is quick setting. If all goes as planned, it will be cured by tomorrow. They also need to finish paving the road and install a median. They are still on pace for an on the time opening ahead of the monday morning commute. But even when this big project is done, there will still be the need for more closures in the weeks ahead.
