A contract approved with Adelphoi Village, Inc. covers foster care and residential care services. The costs, which have been increased by 2 percent from 2020, range from $78.79 per day to $315.21 per day, according to Lycoming County Children & Youth Services Director Mark Egly. No youths are presently in the program, he noted. Contracts with Justice Works YouthCare, Inc. and Dwell Lycoming County were also approved. Justice Works provides community based in-home services and Dwell offers trauma training and support services for foster families.
