The Gujarat high court denied regular bail to a Border Security Force (BSF) jawan from Jammu & Kashmir who was arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The court observed that his supplying information to another country by hatching a conspiracy with an enemy should be viewed strictly.
