EastEnders star Tameka Empson is Kim Fox-Hubbard on the soap and featured giving birth prematurely in the soap’s live episode in 2015.
The actress, who previously found fame on the sketch show 3 Non Blondes, has been a part of the soap since 2009.
She was off screen early in 2014 when she gave birth to her first child. In 2016, the actress joined the Strictly Come Dancing line up.
