When the local Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) department offered their annual update in council last month, the message was pretty straightforward: they’re working with less than they used to be.
“As you’re all aware, the FCSS department has experienced some significant challenges,” FCSS manager Kim Krawec told those gathered in virtual council chambers.
