Whats happening to this city right now is outrageous. I dont even recognize whats going on in this city anymore as far as everybodys moving out. Nobody can afford to live here. Its ridiculous. My clients, i cant house my clients anymore. Its sad. They come into my program, we treat them for three months and theyre right back on the streets and guess what, it recycles all over again back to general hospital, back to our program. Its a crazy vicious cycle that need to end. We got 1. 5, thats great. We need the other 1. 5. Were behind on what we need. Its imperative we get this. So far hsa is unable to do so and opieu local 3 and Budget Justice Coalition join me in urging you to include this in this years budget that added 460,000 and i can echo and our colleagues and many in of the community have talked to you about in regards to requesting an additional 1. 5 million increase for doing business with your non profit workers. Its close to impose month make ends meet and were offer to a place where theres nothing left to cut, so i heavily urge to increase the 3 on the cost of doing business. Thank you.
