Woman Found Strangled in Colorado Home, Suspect Arrested

Police in Colorado have made an arrest after a woman was found apparently strangled in her home.
Officers were called to a home in the 2100 block of South Coors Circle in the Green Mountain neighborhood of Lakewood, west of Denver, at around 2.45 p.m. on Tuesday.
Friends of the deceased said they found a body inside her house, according to a news release from Lakewood Police Department.
The woman was identified as 45-year-old Hilary Engel, of Lakewood. Police said it appeared the woman had died of strangulation.
Karl Aaron Bemish was identified as a suspect in the strangulation.

Twin brothers were found dead inside their home in Wyoming over the weekend, as police launch an investigation to determine the cause of death.
The men, aged 61, were discovered just before 5 p.m. on Saturday after a coworker became concerned when one of the men didn t show up for work.
Police responded to a welfare check at an address on Sheridan Avenue in Cody, according to an incident report filed by the Cody Police Department.

DENVER â Police in Denver announced Monday an arrest in a homicide case.
Kimberly Cottle, 45, was arrested Thursday near Reno, Nevada by local law enforcement. She is being held for investigation of first-degree murder, tampering with a deceased body, identity theft, aggravated motor vehicle theft, theft, and unlawful use of a financial transaction device.
Police accuse Cottle of shooting and killing her boyfriend, 42-year-old Eusivio Luevano, and then burying his body in the backyard of a home in the 4700 block of North Fillmore Street in Denver.
Woman Charged On Suspicion Of Murder After Missing Boyfriend Found Buried At Backyard

A man who was reported missing to Denver Police has been found and the primary suspect is his girlfriend.
Eusivio Luevano was first reported missing on Nov. 12 and was not seen for several months. The body of the 42-year-old man was later found buried in the backyard of his home on Dec. 5.
It appears Luevano was shot and then buried at his home located at the 4700 block of North Fillmore Street in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood. He has not been seen since Aug. 1.
The primary suspect for the murder of the 42-year-old man is Kimberly Cottle. The 45-year-old woman is being accused of the shooting and killing of Luevano according to an official press release from the Denver Police Department. She was taken into police custody near Reno, Nevada on Thursday per KDVR.com.
