WASHINGTON — Eighteen Washington liquor license holders are getting a financial break from the city when they most need it. They wont have to pay for their license when they renew it for the 2021-22 fiscal year. They can thank Lori Peifer, owner of Loris Kitchen Store, for the citys gesture.
