If portents are to be believed (and I’m here to tell you they are), then 2021 is going to be a strong year for luxury potables. While the metaphorical glass of 2020 was half empty, the disappointment of the year that has been will be contrasted by a determination to top our glasses up to overflowing during the next 12 months.
Much of our delayed gratification and spend deserves to be directed at bars.
