The “Measurable Action for Haze-Free Sustainable Land Management in Southeast Asia” (MAHFSA) Programme is a five-year joint initiative between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Building on the IFAD-Global Environment Facility (GEF) supported ASEAN Peatland Forests Project (APFP 2009-2014) and co-developed by a consortium of the ASEAN Secretariat (ASEC), the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) and the Global Environment Centre (GEC).
