Now, officials conducted whats called a standard inspection just hours before the deadly accident. Overnight a trip to the Ohio State Fair going horribly wrong. Multiple passengers were ejected at high speed with high energy many feet, at least 20 or 30, if not more, into the air. Reporter several people rushed to the hospital.
