A British billionaire has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting dead a member of his staff during a scuffle at a barbecue in Namibia. Harvey Boulter, 51, is said to have threatened Gerhard van Wyk with the pistol in an argument which erupted after he drunkenly suggested that the 54-year-olds daughter-in-law owed him sex in exchange for a favour.
