Natalie Snyder serves drinks at Joe Beeverz Bar & Grill on Saturday their second day back to offering in-restaurant dining, as per recently loosened level red restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The restaurant is one of many to reopen at 25 per cent capacity.
Encouraged by Friday’s partial reopening, local restaurateurs are champing at the bit for further loosening of restrictions.
