I think that means a jobs program of not just infrastructure that the president talked about and hasnt delivered on but broad band, making the energy grid more efficient, more secure. those are jobs in the ground, cannot be outsourced to china, put people to work and shrinking the labor pool. we also need to make investments into making sure that energy efficiency, for example, and a smarter energy grid and renewable energy will reduce energy bills and put money in the pockets of average people....
