Lady Sally Grylls and Island-based DJ Rob Da Bank have both thrown their support behind Swim the Wight, which aims to improve lives through sea swimming on the Island. Rob said: Lockdown s been pretty hard for so many, so any way to escape has been a Godsend. Cold water swimming has definitely been that for me and we’re blessed on this beautiful Island to have so many spots to jump into the sea and help your physical body and mental health.
