A soldier died of a gunshot wound at approximately 4.30 pm on April 12 at Bathinda Military Station. The soldier was on sentry duty with his service weapon, the Army said.
A day after the firing incident at Bathinda military station that claimed four lives, another soldier was found dead at the military station on Wednesday evening. However, the Indian Army said in a statement that the death has no connection with the firing incident.
