Samuel Ukpabio, a dismissed policeman who was allegedly involved in disappearance of a newborn at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, in the Yaba area of Lagos State South-West Nigeria linked has been remanded in prison custody. The Lagos State Command's Spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the development, said Ukpabio was arraigned in court last week and subsequently remanded in custody by the trial judge.
