Senator pryor has voted with barack obama 90 of the time. Casting a decisive vote for obamacare. Voting for every single penny of new deficit spending. Mark pryor said barack obama doesnt offer a lot to Rural America to states like arkansas. I agree. I just dont understand why he votes with him 90 of the time. 90 of those who are on the minimum wage are older than 20 years old. Senator, let me allow Bethany Spencer from owensboro to tweet, do you think the minimum wage is a livable wage . The minimum wage is largely an entry level wage. 50 of those who earn it our young people who begin a career. They do not stay at that rate for very long. But if you engage in this kind of minimum wage increase right now and this is a liberal staffer who used to work for bill clinton, who runs a congressional budget office, who he says you will destroy between half a million and one million jobs, 50 of young people. It is not the way to grow our economy. The reason things like this are being contemplated is because of this slow recovery we have had after the recession of 2008. Everything the administration has done has made the recovery worse the borrowing, spending, taxing, overregulating. The last thing we ought to be doing in my view is destroying jobs for young people.
