back to you, thanks, greg. reporter: thanks, martha. martha: breaking news, in northern ohio, where an evacuation is underway after a major gas leak sparking more than a dozen fires. in the neighborhood, according to reports, everyone has been ordered to shut off their main gas line, and in the town of fairport harbor, population, 3200, east of cleveland, 20 miles, and the turn sits on lake erie and it is cold today. 7°, for the people living there. and the firefighters responding. we talked to the mayor about 30 minutes ago and he says 8 to 10 homes, caught on fire, as a result of gas leaks and explosions, and all of the fires have been contained, 8 to 10 he was reporting but, there is still a lot of caution and the danger the mayor says, is not over. so, we re working the story, too. in northern ohio. back to that when there are more developments. martha: a lot going on this morning. and we want to give you this story, as well, we talked about this on friday, and the question
population, 3200. piece are pictures. the town has been ordered to evacuate because of fires caused by natural gas line pressure problems, these are fires they re talking about, tv news reports on the ground say that community-wide evacuation was put out just a short time ago, along lake earie, northeast of cleveland, no immediate word on the severity of the fires or whether or not anyone was injured as a result. the emergency management agency of lake county says that calls have overwhelmed the telephone dispatchers. there you see something drifting to the right and firefighters on the scene with the water canon out. get this. it is 7 degrees in east cleveland. and the red cross is helping set up a shelter for those evacuated. there will be a lot of people potentially who may need shelter, especially with these weather conditions. so some sort of gas line leak, with fires erupting as a result, at a time when these conditions are, frankly, trying, to say the least, even for folks in
