It looks like they are trying to make progress with the overturned pickup truck that hit a pole barrier. The traffic is being pushed to the side, and the lanes are not available. The area it normally taking the traffic but not for use, and traffic is busy driving through this area. As a matter of fact, approaching the Richmond Bridge, give yourself double the time that it generally takes you to get through the toll plaza. It will be a bottleneck. Beyond the hills there will be slow traffic. At the bay bridge toll plaza, okay, had an early stalled vehicle that has been clear. No major problems, but a little bit crowded. Caltrans attorney very closely and very aggressively, i guess, i would say, and was trying to get the caltrans attorney to acknowledge that they had done wrong and that caltrans attorney wouldnt do that. And that i think just made the judge madder so his opinion is comes down hard on them. Reporter the judge ordered caltrans to change their application to the fish and Wildlife Service and it has to be accurate this time. At the hearing in this case, caltrans says they were not going to pursuit project anymore. We were surprised to hear it.
