Even a little rain could not dampen the spirits of Grad in the 2023 L.V. Rogers Cavalcade. Saturday, spring showers only brought out umbrellas as the Graduating Class at L.V. Rogers High School were showcased in the annual Cavalcade through the streets and downtown of Nelson.
