FOND DU LAC - City Council member Ben Giles has filed a civil suit against the citys Ethics Board, asking for a judicial review to reverse a decision made by the board last month that negatively affects him. The petition was filed March 1 in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court and will be heard by Judge Tricia Walker.
