The area is a rural part of Lancaster County south of Quarryville.The Lancaster County coroner said three children died at the scene. They were two girls and one boy. No names have been released at this time.Pennsylvania State Police said a total of four people were killed in the crash. No age was given for the fourth victim.The Lancaster County coroner said other people (a specific number was not provided) were also transported to the hospital.
