Chandrayaan 3 Mission Updates: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) announced that the precise manoeuvre, conducted with precision and expertise, has laid the foundation for the next operation in the mission`s timeline.

Chandrayaan-3 mission hit another mark on Wednesday when its spacecraft successfully underwent a fifth and final lunar-bound orbit manoeuvre.

Chandrayaan-3 was to revolve in 5 different orbits in the Lunar orbit. Today, it has entered the last i.e. fifth grade before soft landing. Now, after circling here, Chandrayaan-3 will attempt soft landing.

The Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft marked a significant achievement as it executed its fifth and final orbit adjustment.

Chennai/UNI: The Lunar bound manoeuvre  of India's third moon Mission Chandrayaan-3 was completed on Wednesday by reducing its orbit for the fourth time setting the stage for separation of Lander Module (LM) from the Propulsion Module (PM) and from the spacecraft tomorrow.

“Today’s successful firing, needed for a short duration, has put Chandrayaan-3 into an orbit of 153 km x 163 km, as intended. With this, the lunar bound manoeuvres are completed,” ISRO said today.
