Barbara Brooks WATERTOWN – Barbara (Green) (Curtiss) Brooks, 94, of Watertown, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, at her home. She was the widow of Wooster B. Curtiss and Clifford W. Brooks. Bobby was born in Salem, N.J., Dec. 12, 1926, daughter of the late Dr. David W. and Doris (Sneden) Green. She was raised in Salem, N.J., and lived in Watertown for her remaining years.
