FMD Angel Gurría is Secretary-General of the OECD. Gurría came to the OECD following a career in public service, including two ministerial posts. As Mexico’s Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1994 to 1998 and Mexico’s Minister of Finance and Public Credit from 1998 to 2000.
