The Nebraska Antique Farming Association's "13th Annual Tractor Relay Across Nebraska" went through Holt County on Thursday, June 6, 2024. The Relay is a great opportunity to see the great state of Nebraska from the seat of your favorite antique tractor. Over 50 tractors began the trek from Valentine to O'Neill which covers approximately 122 miles on Sunday, June 2, and ended their trip Thursday, June 6 in O'Neill with over 25 tractors finishing the journey. The Relay also collected donations for the American Legion program "Operation Comfort Warriors" and the Nebraska American Legion program "Gift for Yanks" along the way.
