A firearm, 25 rounds of ammunition and 1494 grams of marijuana were found and seized in the Central Division by officers of the Central Division Task Force and Las Lomas Police Station during anti-crime exercises last evening.

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 15-year-old Ravi Dwarika. Ravi, of Boy Cato Road Las Lomas #1, was last seen on January 17th. He was reported missing to the Las Lomas Police Station January 26th. Ravi is of East Indian descent, five feet, five inches tall with a slim build, long face and short hair that is dyed brown.
He was last seen bareback and wearing a pair of black short pants. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of RAVI DWARIKA is asked to call the Las Lomas Police Station at 669-9866 or 800-TIPS, contact the Police at 555, 999, 911 or share information via the TTPS App
Quick and diligent work by officers of the Las Lomas Police Station, resulted in the arrest of three suspects, following a report of robbery with aggravation in the Piarco district, yesterday, according to a release from the Police Service.
The victim, a businessman, reported to police that around 7:43 am on Saturday 19th December 2020, he was at his business place at St. Helena Village, Piarco, when three men entered and announced a hold up.
The TTPS reports that the men forced the victim to the ground and proceeded to rob him of a quantity of cash before escaping on foot.
A report was made to the police and a party of officers responded and cordoned off the area and began a systematic search for the suspects. The suspects, two 22-year-olds and a 19-year-old, all of whom come from Sangre Grande, were found hiding in a bushy area and arrested.
