Kaiser in walnut creek could be affected, causing patients to be delayed in multiple ways. In total, theres almost 75,000 healthcare workers set to strike nationwide in this threeday strike could start as soon as october 4th, which is this coming wednesday. It includes workers in washington, colorado, oregon, and almost 60,000 here in california with 20,000 coming out of the bay area. Their contracts expired over the weekend.
