People are just 10 of the population, yet they make up 39 of covid19 confirmed cases. These statistics are alarming and they are not acceptable. Behind lere North Elementary School where they arrested a sex offender who they say have been camping out. This is 52yearold Earl Eddingtons campsite steps away from the campground. Eddington had been living back in the woods for some time. Jim berts property is there. Reporter did you notice anything strange going on in the woods . No, its too far back. You can live back there. A lot of people could live back there and nobody would even know it. Reporter and we were back there. It is very heavily wooded area. Earl eddington was convicted back in 2010 for raping a child under the age of 13. He was actually wanted right now. He was a fugitive because he had failed to register his address as part of his parole.
