They cannot come into a business and interview a minor without parents consent. Reporter employs wanted to record the interaction but were told they could not. They said the citation was written for failing to follow the Public Health order. The owner said that this is a roadblock to recovery for Small Businesses that have been cited. But the citation was inappropriate because the order was being followed. Reporter they said that the owners in a precarious the situation because he cannot ask employees about their health conditions. They said anyone with a medical condition in a job where they are in contact with others should wear a nonrestrictive alternative if the condition permits. A lot of rules and regulatican the owner said hes looking forward to fighting this in court. The citation is a misdemeanor and carries a fine between 101,000. I want to fo know if theres any specific resources that youve given to staff that have been potentially laid off or have been, you know, reduced in hours because i know that affects a lot of nex income and families. But what are some resources that have been shared with staff and personnel whose hours might be cut or have been cut . We have part of our engagement was Junior Deputy program. I mentioned earlier and we try to get out there to do clinics related to interest. We went up to Juvenile Justice Center a few months ago. Myself, captain stanford and another captain and provided basketball clinic for juveniles up there. It was part of our process to reach out not just for recruitment but to engage with people to just really message out that we are here for them in any other ways other than being just as involved.
