About a dozen people occupied the space in front of Burger Moe's on West Seventh Street in St. Paul early Tuesday morning to protest the order handed down the day before by Mayor Melvin Carter for the demolition of the city's historic Justus Ramsey House.
Attorney Richard Dahl, who represents the business’ previous operator Stacy Stranne, filed the appeal earlier this month to challenge the Ramsey County District Court judge’s ruling finding that the facts of the case prompting the suit were undisputed.
