NEW TAMPA, FL Tampa police have released the name of a woman who was killed after crashing into a New Tampa pond Wednesday.
Nicole Allen, 38, died when her car veered off the K Bar Ranch Parkway and into a pond near Laurel Vista Way in the K Bar Ranch development, according to Tampa police and Tampa Fire Rescue officials.
Officers rescued a 12-year-old girl who was riding in the car but were not able to free Allen.
