Pine Bluff is not foreign to Judge Joe Brown, best known for his nationally syndicated television show. During the Pine Bluff Branch of the NAACP s 31st annual Dove Freedom Fund Banquet, he shared that he spoke at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff 15 years ago.
Tuesday will mark 30 years since Cleashindra Hall was last seen in Pine Bluff and her family is still holding onto hope, hoping soon they'll get closure.
